Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic veterinary team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support the veterinary team, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients. The successful applicant will have a passion for animal care and a basic understanding of veterinary medicine. Applicant must have previous veterinary hospital (or medical office) experience, be proficient on computers, and have own transportation. Wages commensurate with experience.
Duties:
- Greet clients and animals, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Skills:
- Experience in a veterinary setting.
- Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and animal care practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical software.
- Must have own transportation
