Night Auditor

The Staybridge is located in Mount Pleasant within walking distance to Downtown Charleston. We are an extended stay hotel, where we offer our guests the highest quality of hospitality and care. We are looking for an individual to join our team who takes pride in customer service, and ensuring our guests’ happiness as a priority. This candidate will need to be a multi-tasking and detail-oriented individual, and someone who is able to effectively communicate with our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting guests’ reservations and cancellations into the operating system.
• Answer the telephone and taking messages.
• Retrieving mail, small packages and customers’ requests as needed.
• Verifying credit cards for authorization, handling cash payments, accepting and recording vouchers and other tasks as assigned.
• Completing necessary downtime tasks or inventory.

Requirements and Qualifications

• May be required to work varying schedules and holidays (as needed).
• Completing all required training and tasks as assigned.
• Communicating effectively with all departments within the hotel.
• Required to fully comply with the hotel’s rules and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
