What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Partner - Remote position at STChealth, LLC?
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for the success of your Public Health clients while playing the role of a key stakeholder who is shaping the future of vaccine preventable diseases and driving population health outcomes. You are the primary advocate and consultant for STChealth's Public Health product and service offerings. You will succeed by offering solutions and strategies to help clients achieve their business goals and close their programmatic gaps all while focused on net revenue growth.
You will be an active participant in the immunization ecosystem. Opportunities to attend jurisdiction-level, federal and even international Public Health events lead to projects that support client populations and improving health outcomes for specific population groups.
In your daily activities you will be responsible for driving profitable, long-term growth through your account management by developing strategic and personable long-term client relationships. Through your relationships, consultative assessments, and programmatic understanding, you will ensure that the adoption of STChealth's products and services is comprehensive for each client in order to answer the scope of their unique needs.
You will be a key team member in supporting vaccine intelligence solutions for a healthier future – for you, your family, and populations around the world.
Previous Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Business, Communications, Public Health or Health Improvement Outcome Related Areas, Business Information Systems, or the Social Sciences; MBA or MPH a plus.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the immunization ecosystem or 5 years' experience working in public health, healthcare, or retail pharmacy settings combined with a strong foundational knowledge of vaccine administration.
- Previous experience working in account management, business development or customer success is highly desired.

- You have a good understanding of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Salesforce a plus.
- You can manage client expectations, negotiate, and resolve high-level client issues.
- You have an excellent understanding of Government contract lifecycles.
- You have exceptionally strong people skills and the ability to work in a positive and supportive way with a variety of personalities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- You are a self-motivated high achiever able to work independently with limited direct supervision.
- You have an exceptional ability to organize and coordinate numerous projects simultaneously and navigate competing priorities.
- You can effectively see the results you want and can strategically plan to get there.
- You are able and willing to travel 10-25% of the time.

- Streamline communication in Salesforce across all client touch points for ultimate client success and satisfaction.
- Facilitate the roll-out of innovative system tools in support of public health by representing the requirements and client health outcomes to product teams.
- Live for client satisfaction and growth while driving successful client outcomes, promoting productive collaboration internally and externally, and building authentic relationships.
- Use innovation to build new connections and contacts in the STC ecosystem.
- Work with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless approach to current and potential clients.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships including leadership, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Support ongoing project finance management and be able to strongly understand complex government funding.
- Create proposals, explore new opportunities, attend conferences and events, speak publicly on behalf of the company, and track changes in the market.
