Your day.
As a Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician, you need to know how to:
- Manage the acquisition, storage, charging, and distribution of drugs and supplies; sterile compounding of medications; and managing the Pyxis medication management system.
- Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills
- Work in a teamwork setting.
- Multi-task in a fast paced setting.
- Be readily available, occasionally may be called in after-hours (approximately 4-6 times per year).
Your experience.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Pharmacy experience preferred, or enrollment in or completion of Certified Pharmacy Technician Program.
- Licensed/Registered Pharmacy Technician with Missouri Board of Pharmacy, required.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification required within 3-6 months of date of hire.
