We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for an End User Computing Manager to join our team in Woodinville, WA.

What you will do:

• Directly administers Office 365 environment
• Executes or directs specific configuration changes on systems such as Exchange, OneDrive, etc.
• Builds a library of scripts that are repeatable and auditable vs one-off keyed in execution
• Directly administers aspects of company’s Azure environment
• Azure AD
• InTune MDM / End-point (Windows and Mac)
• Implements PC policies, procedures, and standards, and ensures their conformance with information systems goals and procedures.
• Provides for the training of department staff and end users
• Explicitly includes Business Readiness efforts that are enterprise-wide audiences
• Supervise and supporting major computer system and laptop deployments, and similar projects.
• Test and evaluate specified software packages, proposed hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing computer systems, peripherals, and the network.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service
• Provides updates, status, and completion information to management regarding all assigned incidents, requests, and projects
• Coordinate activities with the Help Desk and other team members.
• Directly executes and / or oversees the patch management efforts for all end-user computers and servers
• Producing relevant documentation for operational processes and process improvement.

What you will bring:

• Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with PC Hardware and Software
• Proficient in current Microsoft technologies including software, operating systems, group policy, etc.
• Must be customer oriented. Solving customer problems in a timely manner, and informing the customer of problem resolution in a clear manner.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Experience with MS Windows and Office 365
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite 2016 (Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.) and Microsoft Windows (7, 8.1, 10) with the end users.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with all levels of staff and the customer.

• Competency in ServiceNow ITSM tool
