Accounts Receivable Specialist

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re three years old, just over 100 people, manage $6B in risk, and are intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer of rental properties.

We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we’d want if we were the client.

Steadily is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is excited about making an impact. You'll be surrounded by team members who are also the very best at what they do which will just make you even better.

What You'll Do

• Review imaged checks and determine whether they need to be deposited, forwarded, or shredded.
• Reconcile checks to policies that have not been automatically linked in our accounting and policy administration system.
• Review cases on a daily basis with inquiries about refunds or deposits to ensure internal and external customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
• Field questions from independent agency partners regarding their commission payments.
• Send invitations to new partners and independent agents to register for payment on bill.com
• Other premium accounting or administrative tasks, as assigned.

Your Background

• Experienced: You have experience with case management (preferably Salesforce), and have high attention to detail.
• Quick Learner: You may not know how to do everything, but you’re confident in your ability to pick things up quickly and able to investigate complex problems to find a resolution.
• Digital: You have above average computer skills. You’re great at independently learning new software quickly and are savvy using online resources. You aren’t overwhelmed navigating multiple systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• $65,000 equity in the company
