Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on various labor law issues, including but not limited to employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, wage and hour disputes, employee benefits, and workplace discrimination.
- Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing labor law, with a focus on representing employers.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
