Pre-litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pre-litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our thriving St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience handling personal injury and workers' compensation cases, with a passion for helping injured individuals receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury and workers' compensation cases, from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage a diverse caseload and handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 1-5 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation law.
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and in good standing with the state bar.
