• Recruits, interviews, checks reference, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
  
  

Job Requirements

Details:

• Workday experience.
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Experience working with hiring managers/customers.
• Ability to balance 10-20 positions at once.
• Full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation.
• Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles.
