Description
Job Purpose: As a shared resource within the HR team, and under the guidance of the HR Director, the HR Assistant provides hands-on support to the HR team in the areas of training & development, talent acquisition and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Training Specialist to provide administrative support for Training & Development initiatives
- Support talent acquisition efforts by posting open positions, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews and associated follow up.
- Providing administrative support to Human Resources team
- Route incoming HR questions appropriately
- Assist with entry and maintenance of employee information in HRIS.
- Assist with company-wide communications via digital signage and other internal methods of communication

- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in Office Environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience with HRIS or HRMS, or a strong aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish
