About the position:

It’s an exciting time to be a member of the Recruiting team at Stellar.  Our employee headcount tripled in 2021, and we will continue to scale in 2022.  Our people are our most important asset, and it’s up to the People team to ensure we are building our teams timely and efficiently.  Reporting into the Manager of Business Recruiting and supporting a team of two, the Recruiting Coordinator will help create and execute on a strategy to optimize the hiring process and deliver a positive candidate experience.  

Interview Logistics

  • Work with hiring teams to schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Effectively communicate with candidates as the go-to person for questions and solutions regarding interview logistics, status, etc
  • Assist with opening requisitions and ensuring job postings are up to date
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal members of the organization as well as candidates

Analytics/Strategy

  • Work with Business Recruiting Manager on reporting, analytics and strategic talent projects
    • Identify, monitor and regularly report key metrics for sourcing platforms (Gem and LinkedIn)
    • Build and run regular recruiting status metrics from our ATS
    • Generate actionable insights through the use of Greenhouse data reports and dashboards to optimize the recruiting process and maximize efficiency
  • Help us identify ways to make our candidate experience even more exceptional 

As Recruiting Coordinator you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of professional experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition or HR preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, ability to gather and clean data, quickly and correctly execute analyses
    • Experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, COUNTIFS
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS preferred
  • High degree of professionalism, sense of urgency, follow-up skills, and reliability
  • Organized, data-driven self-starter with the ability to handle competing priorities concurrently and sensitive information
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and oral, with strong attention to detail
  • An effective self-manager who can work in a less structured environment
  • Driven be helping others and solving problems
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
