Corporate Recruiter

Stellar is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our HR Team. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for prescreening applicants, forwarding resumes to hiring managers, recommending candidates, soliciting feedback, following up with applicants and presenting offers to candidates. The Corporate Recruiter represents Stellar in recruiting events, both virtual and in person. The Corporate Recruiter works closely with the HR Coordinator in transitioning employees from candidates to new hires; communication and teamwork are essential to success in this role. They will also be the point of contact for staffing firms and temporary agencies. 

Qualifications

Experience working with applicants and candidates for employment in a Human Resource capacity required. Knowledge of UKG and experience with construction and/or engineering are a plus. Candidates should have strong follow-up skills and a desire to be a part of a successful Human Resources team.
