MUST HAVE Fixed Income AND REGULATORY Experience
- Manage the global delivery of SEC Treasury Clearing regulatory change. This requires a cross regional, cross entity deliveries and a lot of co-ordination across various teams globally.
- The role will require to capture, translate Regulatory requirements to business requirements and further into system requirements
- The role will be cross functional working with the Business, Operations, Finance and Risk to flush out requirements and technical changes
- Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define cross functional plan, project scope etc.
- Create Project plan in line with Project Management Methodology
- Review plans and milestones with Project Board and Programme Board; obtain approval for changes
- Manage risk, issues, dependencies. Clear path/escalate accordingly
- Enter and maintain RAG/Schedule date/comments milestones
- Raise change control requests (as required)
- Support quality assurance reviews
- Manage Project Financials
- Should be able to interact with Senior Management and articular/escalate issues
- Manage delivery objectives within scope of this project
- Document project artifacts include requirements etc
- Report metrics to ensure project deliveries are tracked, accurately reported, and met
- Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Fixed Income settlements is required
- Knowledge of Sponsored Repo is required
- Prior experience with Regulatory deliveries preferred
- Prior experience working with FICC preferred
- The candidate must be a detail oriented.
- The candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Builds cross regional relationships and must be open to working different timezones globally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Visio required.
- 7 years’ experience in Project Management preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile preferred.
