What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coordinator position at StenTech?
- Bilingual speakers (English/Spanish) Preferred.
- Excel knowledge required.
- Customer Service.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Keep Internal tracker and system updated
- Coordinate the Job orders with CAD Engineering and production team
- Keep FedEx and UPS supplies inventory.
- Sorted and distributed mail
- Monthly Sales Report
- Reconciliation with account department, our monthly sales.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
