Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Step Ahead ABA provides in-home based ABA services across the state of North Carolina. We are also located in Nebraska and Indiana. Some of our core values include compassion, growth, and inclusion. Who We're Looking for:
The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying socially significant goals and delivering services using a naturalistic approach. We pride ourselves on providing high quality care that is client driven and meaningful to all stakeholders. We are searching for a candidate who is comfortable providing guidance to RBTs and delivering feedback during supervision to ensure high quality services are provided.
Job responsibilities:
- Complete assessment and treatment plans for insurance authorizations
- Complete ongoing routine documentation
- Review treatment data and make appropriate modifications as needed
- Supervise client team at 20% of scheduled hours
- Provide caregiver guidance to ensure generalization of skills and continuity of care
- Attend monthly BCBA meetings and 1:1 meeting with Regional Director
Qualifications and Skills
- BCBA Credential Required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA Preferred
- Competency working with both behavior reduction and skill acquisition
- Experience with children, teens and young adults
- Supervisory experience
- Creative and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid and clean BCBA Certification
- CAQH Enrollment (Up-to-Date)
- NPI Enrollment (Up-to-Date)
- Familiar with Central Reach and Microsoft Suite Preferred
