Step Up Family Services is currently seeking dedicated part-time/per diem or full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team!
We are a small start-up in-home ABA company looking for like-minded individuals wanting to join a new agency at the ground level!
BCBAs are responsible for supervising in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) services throughout New Jersey. The BCBA will oversee the day-to-day direct services completed by the Behavior Technician. BCBAs will be responsible for working with youths with intellectual and or developmental disabilities and creating/implementing programs and treatment plans. BCBAs will also keep notes and assess youth's behaviors while ensuring they meet treatment goals to live more successful, happier lives!
