What are the responsibilities and job description for the Criminal Justice Case Manager position at Steppingstone Inc.?
SUMMARY: The Criminal Justice Case Manager will be working throughout South Eastern MA. This position is an entry level position that will perform, but is not limited to, the following duties on both an in-reach and community setting: administration of program record-keeping, conducting interviews, intakes assessments and referrals, implementing and monitoring re-entry plans, with the goal of stabilizing justice involved individuals in areas of substance use disorder, income/employment, and housing.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience providing services to those who are homeless, incarcerated, and/or affected by substance use disorders.
- Good working knowledge of computers, electronic health records and data collection.
- Requires valid driver’s license due to business-related travel at least 50% of the time.
