Stepstone Credit has an exciting opening for an Assistant Loan Manager in our McAllen, TX office. We are open Monday thru Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Stepstone Credit currently has six offices located in the Valley Market and 23 in the State of Texas.

Qualifications for the Assistant Installment Loan Manager:
- At least 2 years of customer service or a managerial level position is highly preferred
- Experience in the Installment loan industry is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly encouraged
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Prior experience in customer service, banking or retail will be considered
- Comfortable with telephone loan management
- Ability to be coached, eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Must have an outgoing personality
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities for the Assistant Installment Loan Manager:
- Maintaining contact with our customers and answering questions
- Managing loans and taking applications
- Contacting clients that have fallen behind on their payments
- Offer small unsecured loans as well as Title loans up to $1,700
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
