We are seeking an energetic Facility Administrator to lead a dynamic team at our Nicholasville facility.
POSITION: Facility Administrator
LOCATION: Stepworks in Nicholasville, KY.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of applicable Bachelor's Degree.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAINING: Responsibilities of a Facility Administrator include management of all facility operations for this facility. Experience in substance abuse treatment is preferred. Ability to multi-task, high energy level and positive attitude required.
DUTIES:
- Facilitate monthly facility staff meetings on programs standards, training, and team-building
- Hire recovery coaches and peer support specialists
- Train new hires in program standards and ensure their competency in their responsibilities and duties in addition to continued training of existing staff
- Be responsible for the services delivered in the program and be knowledgeable of requirements of KRS 189A.040, KRS 189A.045, 908 KRS 1:310, and 908 KRS 1:370
- Ensure the program implements and complies with all applicable regulations and statutes
- Ensure that all staff complies with applicable regulations and statutes as well as state and federal confidentiality laws
- Ensuring staff is providing proper assessment and education for clients
- Ensuring the program does not accept a client where a conflict of interest exists
- Ensure that all staff involved in the operation of the program or in the delivery of services engage in ethical practices and abide by the Code of Ethics
- Review incident reports and offer plan of correction
- Draft and provide a detailed report for the monthly leadership meeting, identifying trends or problem areas
- Review extended stay requests following the submission of the therapist
- Investigate any complaints received from the division and provide, on request, any records pertaining to the complaint to the division
- Be responsible for daily monitoring of the time clock and proper submission of time-card reviews by designated date and time
- Ensure all spending is documented with receipts uploaded appropriately the same day as service
- Review employee timesheets and monitor tardiness/time off of all facility staff and document such in staff files
- Participate in the engagement process of new admissions in order to help facilitate their admission to the facility
- Be responsible for the weekly food order and ensure facility is supplied with necessary items (i.e. medical supplies, printing paper, other items as needed)
- Investigate any complaints by clients or staff
- Enforce all company policies without prejudice
- Facilitate annual training & testing of staff and continuous training throughout year as necessary.
