Job Overview :
We are seeking a Service Technician to join our highly recognized and successful team. We are currently expanding and looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and efficiently repair water treatment equipment.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment systems according to company standards.
- Complete related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with the delivery, setup, and installation of products and equipment.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.
- Positively communicate with customers and co-workers, maintaining strong public relations.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and policies.
- Ability to travel daily and stay on-site until job completion.
- Be willing to be on-call as required by contract agreements.
- Demonstrate strong self-management and the ability to work independently and remotely.
Minimum Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the City / Area where work will be performed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical at the time of hire and every two years thereafter.
- Subject to a drug screen and background check as per state and federal laws.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and electronics is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with strong troubleshooting skills.
