Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist / Accounts Receivable Department: Finance Position: Full Time, Non Exempt Location: Remote (Work From Home Within US) About The Role: As a Financial Operations Specialist, you are responsible for interacting with and providing support to Clients and Client Facing Teams within the billing process. This includes processing credit memo’s as well as interacting with clients via phone and e-mail, regarding invoicing, payments and application of invoice payments. This position also provides support to the Billing Team – including assisting with billing processes. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with effective multi-tasking ability as well as the ability to adapt in a fast- paced environment. This Is What You’ll Do: Full time phone queue involvement assisting clients – 8:30am-5pm EST Processing client payments (credit card) Processing credit memo requests and invoice adjustments Troubleshooting Invoicing issues Supporting the month end Billing processes This Is What We're Looking For: Strong computer and business solutions software skills Experience with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel (v-look-ups, pivot tables, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, peers, and management Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work Knowledge of Accounting practices with an emphasis on Accounts Receivable is preferred The salary range for this position is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
