Why You Matter to Us and Clients:
You’re motivated to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
We believe in healthy culture in the workplace, open communication, and the services we offer clients.
You’ll earn a base salary and be rewarded with a performance based bonus while adhering to our Core Values and helping each caller.
You are at a key touchpoint during one of the most stressful times in their lives: Divorce and Child Custody cases. When potential clients feel safe, they can begin to feel empowered to start a new chapter of life.
From the moment you answer a call, you’re representing who we are. This role requires a love for talking with people and a strong desire to help callers while being friendly and professional.
When prospective clients call, you'll gather key details, understand their needs, and schedule a consultation with an attorney who cares about them. And when our attorneys can’t help them, you still do by referring them to another resource.
How You’ll Grow:
You'll gain valuable transferable skills in sales and communication that will make you eligible for promotions or lateral moves, depending on your preference.
To ensure your success, paid training starts by working 1-on-1 with an A-Player who will walk you through our workflow and model the way.
Throughout training, you’ll solidify your confidence in our services and your customer service abilities by partaking in both hypothetical scenarios as well as real calls with potential clients.
You’ll then have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and improve your craft by attending regularly scheduled 1-on-1 coaching sessions and weekly and quarterly team meetings, training sessions, and more.
The owners and other team members will meet you during your first week where you’ll learn about our mission and our values. You'll also have opportunities to participate in team building activities, formal celebrations, and casual outings.
