At Steuart we are seeking a Plant Manager for our Le Roy location. We have grown a lot in our first 4 years and have an incredible opportunity for somone who loves personal growth, leadership, and is entrepreneurial. We need someone who’s willing to dedicate at least 2 years to this onsite position, who loves working with equipment, people and business.

We are building out this plant to be our ideal model for how we can carry out our mission in more communities across the US. We want to bring a transformational workplace culture to more communities and I desire as the CEO to have a plant manager who can help create the structures and processes that we will multiply. This person has an opportunity for becoming a COO/ Integrator for the CEO as we complete our current strategic Vision.
Compensation
- $50k base plus % Net Profit Bonus on Plant Profitability.
