Business Development Manager

STG Communication Services is a growing company currently seeking to hire a Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with telecom knowledge, a plus, and/or construction knowledge. The individual should be a well-organized strategic thinker, who has exceptional communication/presentation skills with a strong desire to help grow the business through strong networking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the fiber and telecommunications industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery according to client specifications.
• Attend industry conferences, meetings, and networking events.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the fiber or telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of fiber optics technology and telecommunications market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
