What are the responsibilities and job description for the Top Sales Performer position at STH Inc.?
Maryland-based Manufacturer’s Rep is seeking an early riser to visit commercial Mechanical/Plumbing contractors to promote the sale and service of commercial pump systems and related control panels. In addition to pumping equipment filtration, rainwater harvesting, etc.
The successful candidate must have a personal drive to develop relationships to close the sale; must be skilled in building individual and account relationships by reading customer feedback through empathy, sensing the customer’s reaction, and adjusting the approach to sign the deal.
Candidate MUST have:
- High mechanical aptitude
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of inside or outside sales experience with one company
- The ability to cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients and create new relationships
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, Outlook, and cloud-based CRM
- Residence within a 50-mile radius of Washing DC or Northern VA
- Earned at least $100K in the last 2 years (proof will be requested)
- A clean driving record
