Stier Supply Company, an industry leader in the manufacturing and installation of interior and exterior doors for over 70 years, is currently growing our MultiFamily Sales Team.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Promote and follow all Stier Supply Company safety guidelines and strive for zero incidents/injuries.
- Identify and vet the best potential customers to meet sales goals for each year.
- Work with customers to get clear specifications to create accurate bids and provide best information to maximize margins through material management.
- Transfer gathered specs to estimating in a clear, concise manner and work hand in hand through bids completion.
- Coordinate and assist with our estimating department to ensure accurate bids are completed in a timely fashion and materials and timelines align within the company's scope of work.
- Coordinate and provide tools to accounting to ensure payments are timely and correct
- Establish and build relationships with all departments of the customer's staff to include construction, purchasing/ operations, warranty, and upper management to foster deep relationships.
- Plan and attend customer outings to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Understand all facets of the customer’s construction process to set field expectations and facilitate a prosperous trade partner/ customer relationship.
- Provide work forecast to the team to enable better visibility for estimating, purchasing, manufacturing and delivery.
- Stay current and educate others on industry trends and news.
- Extensive travel throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia to help maintain and grow sales.
- Coordinate with Stier Supply Distribution Centers & Project Mangers to ensure all production materials sold are being carried by the distribution ceters and ensure each order form reflects the correct community materials.
- Minimum of 10 years of MultiFamily sales experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft systems is required.
- Experience and product knowledge of door, trim, and hardware products.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and building processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use.
- Employment eligibility.
- Able to pass drug & background screenings.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. of material repetitively
