Small Business Administration (SBA) Servicing

Summary

The Small Business Administration (SBA) 7 (a) Servicing role works with Stifel Brokers and Guidehouse. The SBA Servicing performs various clerical or administrative tasks in support of the SBA loan servicing function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Ensures loan-related documentation is complete and accurate.
• Records and processes payments or payoffs.
• Prepares reports summarizing loan statuses, including delinquencies.
• Generates and distributes notifications of past-due payments.
• Researches and resolves loan account questions or discrepancies for customers as requested.

Qualifications

• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of filing systems.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic arithmetic knowledge.
• Handles fundamental issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 
• No experience required, 1 years' experience required. 

Systems & Technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel.
