Residential Coordinator

Still Waters Outreach is seeking a dedicated female for the position of Residential Coordinator. As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a supportive and structured environment within the faith-based recovery home, assisting residents in all aspects of their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

• House Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Resident Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to residents.
• Address concerns, conflicts, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Assist residents in setting and achieving recovery goals.
• Enforce House Rules: Ensure adherence to rules and policies, including curfews and drug testing.
• Implement consequences for violations with fairness and support.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with residents and director.
• Community Building: Organize house meetings and activities to promote community among residents.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage open communication.
• Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duties to address emergencies.
• Administrative tasks include scheduling appointments and completing paperwork for various programs.
• Provide transportation in ministry vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 7-years clean and sober OR no history of addiction.
• Must be a born-again believer in Christ with verifiable pastoral references.
• Must be nonsmoking and vaping.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
• Experience in house management or residential care preferred.
• Understanding of addiction and recovery principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor.
• Crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is advantageous.
