Job Overview:

• Role: Maintenance Technician
• Responsibilities: Ensuring equipment and facilities are top-notch; minimizing downtime; maintaining smooth operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

Compensation and Benefits:

• Wages: Competitive Pay with a $400 sign-on bonus (Paid after 90 days)

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Tasks: Room repairs, preventative maintenance, property upkeep, filter replacement, carpentry
• Technical Management: Boilers, Elevators, HVAC systems
• Availability: Night and weekend shifts, emergency situations
• Skills Utilization: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC
• Customer Service: Addressing maintenance issues effectively

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar fields; hospitality or residential maintenance
• License: Valid driver's license
• Certifications: Relevant certifications highly valued
