StimLabs is seeking a Marketing Manager for developing and executing marketing strategies to meet brand initiatives and maximize market share and profitability. The Marketing Manager provides creative strategies and engaging content utilizing emerging technology to bring our message and brand ideas to life.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Build marketing programs to support marketing objectives across different channels and segments
- in support of our overall strategic plan
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations
- on marketing tactics
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative in marketing programs such as email,
- social, digital, public relations, and events
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Effectively communicate and partner with team managers, external agencies, and vendors
- Familiarize oneself with each team's brand ideals to create and promote content that supports their
- objectives and desired identity
- Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of
- content throughout the year
- Organize conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of
- improved marketing strategy and communications
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities and stay
- current on competitive activity
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for design
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field from an accredited
- college/university
- 2-5 years experience as a Marketing Manager (or similar)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job
