Job Duties:
- Responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operation within a retail facility including banking
- Interview, hire, discipline and discharge store employees, provide leadership and ongoing customer service training, review and prepare schedules and timesheets.
- Review and monitor inventory, vendor deliveries and relationships, warehouse orders, gas deliveries, gas prices and oversee ordering process to insure enough stock
- Resolve all customer concerns, complaints or requests in a timely manner
- Survey the market for competitive fuel pricing and product selection

Job Location: Stinker #78 located at 119 W Roseberry Road, Donnelly, ID
Work Hours: Full-time, 45 hours a week or more
Shift: 1st Shift, (Must be open to cover and work any shift)
Days: Monday-Friday, 9 hour days, morning shift. Must be available 7 days of the week if needed
Requirements: Must be at least 19 years old; HS Diploma or GED, 2 years of prior retail store management experience; 5 years’ experience in leadership role (Shift Lead, Asst. Manager, Manager.) Background check required.
