What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Machine Operator position at STL?
Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
- Independently operate assigned machine(s).
- Inspect product for visible defects and contamination in line with customer specifications.
- Perform dimensional checks of product using a standard ruler and / or tape measure (to a 1/16th of an inch).
- Assemble corrugated cartons for packaging of finished product.
Qualifications of a Machine Operator:
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Must be able to read a ruler
Additional Details of a Machine Operator:
- 1st or 3rd shift available
- $17-$18.50/hr based upon experience
