Job Posting for Slitter Operator at STN Cushion Company

We are looking for a Band Saw Slitter Operator to join our team! This job requires the ability to read and interpret paperwork, follow directions, read measurements, operate the slitter cautiously and efficiently, pick up buns of foam that weigh 100bls with dolly, and be on your feet the duration of your day. We do on the job training so no previous experience is required but some manufacturing experience is beneficial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read and interpret paperwork
  • Follow measurements accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space
  • Work well with others to complete job tasks
  • Operate band saw efficiently to keep up with demand

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
