FlipOS is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! We’re looking for a results-driven individual to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You will personally carry a quota.

The Role*
- Building Lists of Accounts and Contacts for your Selling Activities and also for the Marketing and Partnership Teams
- Learn our industry and become your clients’ expert
- Exhibit proficiency in the demonstration of our product and services and our messaging
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Identify prospect's needs and propose appropriate products/services
- Present FlipOS solutions to potential prospects
- Schedule meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Partnership Managers
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Maintaining accurate account information and forecasting details in Salesforce.com
- Managing sales activities to support business plans and revenue goals
- Report sales results to the senior leadership team
- Meeting and exceeding assigned KPI and revenue goals
- Establishing a strong sales pipeline, sales forecasts and updating accounts to support revenue growth
- Participating in regular sales meetings and calls to report on the status of all opportunities in the sales pipeline and new acquisitions to the pipeline
- Represent FlipOS internally and externally in a positive and professional manner

The Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM and other sales management solutions
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High energy and high activity
- Great organizational skills
