FlipOS is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! We’re looking for a results-driven individual to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You will personally carry a quota.

The Role*

  • Building Lists of Accounts and Contacts for your Selling Activities and also for the Marketing and Partnership Teams
  • Learn our industry and become your clients’ expert
  • Exhibit proficiency in the demonstration of our product and services and our messaging
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Identify prospect's needs and propose appropriate products/services
  • Present FlipOS solutions to potential prospects
  • Schedule meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Partnership Managers
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Maintaining accurate account information and forecasting details in Salesforce.com
  • Managing sales activities to support business plans and revenue goals
  • Report sales results to the senior leadership team
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned KPI and revenue goals
  • Establishing a strong sales pipeline, sales forecasts and updating accounts to support revenue growth
  • Participating in regular sales meetings and calls to report on the status of all opportunities in the sales pipeline and new acquisitions to the pipeline
  • Represent FlipOS internally and externally in a positive and professional manner
  • Exemplify FlipOS core values and behaviors

The Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM and other sales management solutions
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High energy and high activity
  • Great organizational skills

This is NOT a remote position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
