Position Job Responsibilities
As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for general administrative and operational tasks of Stockman Wealth Management. This will primarily consist of clerical functions, client service, correspondence mailing and account management. The main responsibility for this role is the general administrative and operational support for the Stockman Wealth Management team. These include but are not limited to typing, Excel spreadsheets creation/management, scanning, and filing. This role will also require a thorough knowledge of customer relationship management. You will function in a customer service role providing first class service to current and prospective clients. To accomplish this you will be working closely with Portfolio Managers and Management.
