Our Team Managers take pride in leading our Team, overseeing the quality of every plate served while assuring that each guest is greeted with a warm welcome! Team Managers are engaged in all aspects of day-to-day operations while communicating in a positive and effective manner with all Staff and Guests.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Previous 2 or more years restaurant industry experience, some leadership roles.
Responsible for inspiring both guests and staff about the restaurant.
Demonstrates strong team leadership, has the ability to rise above stress and be a great problem solver.
Has excellent communication skills, engaging with guests and working well with staff in leading them to work as an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
Write routine reports, speak effectively before groups and be committed to making an impact.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.
