We are a bakery using local, sustainably grown grains milled in house daily. We focus on sourdough breads using regional and sustainably grown grains. We bake our breads and pastries fresh daily after a long, slow overnight cold fermentation to develop flavor and improve nutrition. Applicant needs to have experience in weighing, sifting, measure and mixing baking ingredients.'
