WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com) we are looking for a Sales Representative to work with Costco at Atlanta territory. You will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sales Representative- SFI is responsible for leveraging National Account leads into actual sales, through a virtual appointment or through a visit to the end user house with samples, promoting our materials and applications, and closing a deal with the client for upgraded colors and edges, ensure the product requirements of the customer will be translated to the shop on time and form. This position is part virtual sales and part in-person. This position requires the individual to have the ability to work with templates. Time and attention to detail are crucial in this role

Job Expectations

  • Managing Customer relationships: expectations, needs, concerns, questions, etc., in order to encourage the sale of new products.
  • Transform leads into actual sales (keep a closing rate of about 70-80%).
  • Promote new colors launch and special finishes (edges/profiles) new applications (wall showers…).
  • Update Salesforce with quality customer visits/information.
  • Visits customers according to planning/ schedules and ensure we will measure stone countertops or the customer requirement.
  • Ensure all paperwork is right and signed between the customer and the company and provide the customer the final information and the shop the paperwork signed.
  • Create a plan or drawings of the kitchen or bathroom with details about the product.
  • Coordinate with the shop the product and the plan or drawing created.
  • Submit daily reports through computer or fax with measure information (by each customer).
  • Ability to provide product knowledge to the customers and technical advantages.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Before the measurement appointment:

  • Call the customer promptly when the lead comes (Build trust, find common ground).
  • Qualifying the customer for a virtual or in-Home sale. (investigative questions).
  • Going virtual to ask for colors of the stone, pictures of the area, and rough dimensions, also offer to go live through Teams, Facetime or video chat.( this cuts down on drive time and gives us more time for the customer that are moving forward).

After the measure appointment (done by a measure specialist):

  • Ensure all paperwork is right and signed between the customer and the company and provide the customer the final information and the shop the paperwork signed.
  • Create the paperwork with drawings of the kitchen or bathroom with details about the product.
  • Coordinate with the shop the fabrication of the project.
  • Submit daily reports through computer or fax with measure information (by each customer).
  • Ability to provide product knowledge to the customers and technical advantages.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Professional Experience

Required

  • 3 years of sales experience

Desired

  • Experience working in the stone industry or construction

Knowledge

Required

  • Knowledge of CAD design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desired

  • Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 75% travel

Experience:

  • Salesforce: 3 years (Preferred)
  • AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Atlanta, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
