Duties:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising staff, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant profitability and efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute fine dining experiences, banquets, and catering events.
- Utilize Square POS system for order processing and sales tracking.
- Lead team meetings, provide training, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on fine dining.
- Strong background in inventory management, team management, and supervising staff.
- Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
