Stoneridge Companies is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for our Winchester, VA office. Hours are part-time and flexible. Job has a potential for growth and more hours in the future.
Responsibilities
-Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
-Manage employee training and development programs, including onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning opportunities
-Deliver employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience
-Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote growth and development
Qualifications
-A minimum of one year of experience working in Human resources is desired.
-Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Ability to multi-task and problem solve
-Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
