Real Estate Agent - Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads and facilitate sales opportunities.
• Identify and assess sales prospects via cold calling and diligent lead follow-up.
• Foster enduring client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with realtors and mortgage loan officers to achieve sales targets and meet organizational objectives.
• Leverage CRM software such as Salesforce for meticulous tracking and management of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitors' strategies to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and furnishing product information.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and quotas.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for efficient lead management and sales monitoring.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities enabling the establishment of rapport and cultivation of enduring client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a robust work ethic, capable of both independent work and effective teamwork.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation: $40,159.79 - $120,000.00 per year (commission-based)
