```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs
- Utilize automotive diagnostics and knowledge of vehicle systems to accurately identify and locate the correct parts
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
- Process parts orders, including data entry and tracking of shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in automotive repair or parts management preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle systems
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
