Support Specialist

We are adding a Support Coordinator to our team, a Full-Time position with excellent potential for advancement. If you are customer service-minded, have a good attitude, and a willingness to learn, we would like to meet with you.

The Support Coordinator is an entry level position designed to support the inner workings of our Production Department. This position works closely with the various departments to assist in completing tasks critical to the success of running the production. This role requires the ability to do some creative problem-solving in addition to routine tasks. A successful candidate would continue to grow in this role and be provided training to increase their knowledge of both the company and the industry. This position is the perfect launching pad for multiple advanced opportunities within the company.

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly

• Handling customer experience, scheduling, communication, and documentation completeness.
• Managing multiple email requests to ensure prompt, accurate responses.
• Reviewing emails and determining when and where to forward requests.
• Digital and physical management of receipts, reports, invoices, and photos as directed.
• Assisting with DocuSign– generating forms, following up for completion, and filing as directed.
• Effectively communicating with team members about issues or situations that arise and escalating to the appropriate party as required.
• Update and follow up with customers and adjusters as directed via phone, email, and text when appropriate.
• Special projects as directed by the department supervisor.

• MUST have previous office experience.
• MUST have excellent computer experience – MS Word, Outlook, etc.
• MUST have extraordinary organizational and communication skills.
• Excel/Word/Google Sheets experience is a PLUS.
