CALL CENTER AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities
Obtains potential customer information, creates leads, leasing units, offers suggestions and tips on appropriate accommodations, takes reservations, collection inquiries, communicate with locations, takes payments, handles sensitive information.
Call Center Agent Job Duties

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, suggests appropriate accommodations, explains billing processes.
  • Follow company policies in regards to leasing information, collections, insurance.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and follows the code of conduct.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures, offering directions, answering questions, providing information on pricing, discounts and specials, and general inquiry.
  • Able to communicates with management and upper management effectively.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
  • Able to travel when need to updates job knowledge by visiting locations.
  • Accomplishes sales and strives to achieve and exceed goals.

Bonus Plan

  • Conversion Rate greater than 50%- $250 Monthly
  • $10 Reservation Fee Collected- $10 per reservation
  • Lease Completed over Phone- $25 per Lease
