This is an opportunity to impact a growing Revenue Operations team at a fully-remote and scaling software company that spans several industries and employs only the best Storriors at the top of their field.

What you’ll do every day:
- Work closely with the Director of Sales Operations, Finance and Accounting departments, and the SVP of Revenue to help track, view, and maintain accurate data concerning performance and variable plan impact on targeted behaviors.
- Create, administer and maintain variable plan design and documentation for all variable plans across the Revenue organization. (Solutions Architects, Client Success, Implementation, Sales)
- Calculate and maintain rep performance dashboards Interface with Salesforce to export sales data and calculate commissions based on that data
- Communicate with Sales Executives about their pending commissions, route approvals to managers as needed and answer questions related to accounts or commissions calculations
- Submit commissions and variable pay to Payroll by the deadline for each variable plan on their schedule (monthly and quarterly)
- Perform general administrative tasks related to maintaining accurate documentation and creating or updating internal knowledge bases and FAQs related to Variable Compensation plans within the Revenue organization
- Calculate and estimate monthly and quarterly accruals and payouts for variable plans within the Revenue organization
- Ensure data quality and work closely with the accounting team to facilitate accurate and timely reporting of commissions-related information on a US GAAP basis during month-end close and as needed, on an ad-hoc basis
- Liaise with external auditors for information requests and support
- Facilitates process improvement activities to ensure commissions are reported accurately and timely
- Recommends upgrades to technological systems to enhance the automation of commission calculations and exception handling.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related computational science field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in developing, evaluating and implementing commissions models, field incentive pay variables, and strategies
- 3 years of SFDC experience
- Experience working at a SaaS company and familiarity with their sales processes and standards preferred
- Ability to create presentations, process documentation training materials, policies, and procedures in Google Business Suite
- Strong ability in preparing and presenting internal reporting to support monthly and quarterly close process
