We are seeking a Self Storage Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all storage activities and transactions and ensure efficient operation of the facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all transactions related to Storage 4 Less
- Maximizing sales & occupancy while controlling delinquencies
- Performing required custodial and minor maintenance functions and other duties as assigned
- Investigate and resolve facility and tenant concerns and issues
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce facility rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior customer service experience desired but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
