We are seeking a Performance Media Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate for this role is intellectually curious and inherently collaborative, embodying a spirit of continuous learning and openness to experimentation.
Summary:
The Performance Media Manager plays a crucial role in guiding our company's paid media and lead generation towards unprecedented success. You will be entrusted with a significant advertising budget, which you'll manage and allocate across various platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI). This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for the latest trends in digital advertising, an innovator ready to explore new platforms and placements to keep our brands at a competitive edge.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay is commensurate with experience. A range of $100,000 to $130,000 with bonus opportunities.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous 401k, company-funded HSA, and a life insurance policy of 10,000 dollars.
Work location:
In-Office, Columbia, MO with potential for Hybrid.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of prior experience leading Performance Marketing and/or Paid Media in a local-based B2C sector, real estate preferred.
3. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above.
4. Experience managing budgets >$5 million with a focus on ROI and driving revenue growth.
5. Demonstrable understanding of marketing analytics and data analysis including associated tools, GA4 and Tableau preferred.
6. Familiarity with enterprise integrated digital media campaigns, strategies, and tactics.
7. Solid understanding of local advertising for a global brand.
8. Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified.
9. Strong presentation, speaking, and listening skills.
