What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager - Strategic Alignment position at Stord?
The Program Manager - Strategic Alignment will be responsible for executing key strategic initiatives that support the maturation of Stord’s customer onboarding process, the stabilization and growth of Stord's fulfillment network, and the alignment of Supply Chain business processes and technology in Stord’s acquisitions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate efforts for 2022 Peak Preparation across all parts of the business, including operational, system, customer and people/process readiness.
- Maintain project portfolio of internal transformation projects and node network buildout activities, managing dependencies, identifying/communicating risks early to these objectives, and then taking lead on problem solving and removing obstacles.
- Define and refine Stord’s service offering, solution design process, and onboarding process for new customers.
- Collaborate with all parts of the Stord organization, driving culture and managing by influence horizontally and vertically across the organization; including but not limited to Sales, Supply Chain, Product/Engineering, People and Finance teams.
- Act as a culture warrior for Stord values, as well as an advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and efficiencies in Supply Chain and across the organization.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, STEM or another field with applicable business experience
- 3 Years in a experience in a cross-functional and/or customer-oriented change role such as a consultant, business analyst, or customer implementation manager in a consulting/Saas delivery environment
- Experience with managing complex projects, incorporating multiple or all of:
- Strategic internal projects
- Customer facing delivery projects
- Transformation/change management and/or acquisition integration projects that include both process and technology dependencies
- Direct management of project team as well as indirect management of organizational counterparts
- Excellent communication skills (quantitative and qualitative)
Bonus:
- Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience
- Solution design/engineering experience (technical or functional)
- Saas delivery and/or management consulting background
- Transformation and/or due diligence experience - including business processes, operations, and/or product strategy and legacy system sunset experience
