What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Manager/Key Holder position at Store Management?
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and train retail staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
*Will be required to pierce customers after training and certification
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with the local market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Note: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
