Storm Search is supporting an immediate Direct Hire opportunity for a Maintenance Manager for a growing, and well-known company in Akron, OH!
Shift/Hours:
1st shift: 6am-4pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Duties:
- Review job orders to prioritize work and new product plans, discuss equipment needs and modifications with manufacturing engineers
- Coordinate improvements, work with engineering to ensure optimum manufacturing, requisite tools, equipment, and suppliers required for operations
- Supervises and leads all maintenance processes and operations
- Develops preventative maintenance schedules for variety of technical equipment and collaborates with manufacturing to track, report, and improve machine up/downtime
- Assigns repair schedules and evaluates repair cost estimates
Qualifications:
- 10 years of maintenance experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
